Cody Nuchols, born and raised in Maryville, TN, has led, organized, and championed church groups, sports teams, and the classroom for over 10 years as an educator, coach, and youth pastor and brings commitment, honesty, loyalty, and motivation that make him uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers, sellers and investors.

Cody's heart is to serve his community and enjoys meeting and helping people accomplish their dream of homeownership!

Cody is married to his high school sweetheart and loves spending time with his son, two dogs and cat. He spends his free time at the park with his family, cheering on the VOLS, hiking, Jeeps, and other outdoor activities.
